The smell of Ivory Shea Butter is slightly nutty, and the consistency is rich but relatively light when compared to Yellow.

Shea Butter comes from an indigenous African tree called Vitellaria paradoxa. These trees produce tiny, almond-like fruit that are harvested by villagers in Ghana, West Africa. After the fruits are separated from the nut, they are boiled to let the butter float to the surface.
